Job Responsibilities
Execute digital sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media) to generate qualified leads.
Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance brand visibility and drive online traffic to the Proton Cahaya Automotif 3S Segambut website and social media channels.
Engage with potential customers through online channels, providing information about Proton vehicles and services, and guiding them through the sales process.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Proton vehicles, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless online-to-offline customer experience, facilitating test drives and in-person consultations.
Track and analyze digital sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending innovative strategies to enhance online sales performance.
Job Requirements
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and online advertising platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to cater to a diverse customer base.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
Willingness to work onsite at Proton Cahaya Automotif 3S Segambut in Kuala Lumpur.
