Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a member of our international Product Inspection Division Marketing team, the holder of this role will become a central point of contact and support for digital marketing activities.

Reporting to the PI Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in the planning, execution and optimization of online marketing efforts, including the promotion of products and services, through all digital channels available. The role will include extensive interaction with the Product Inspection Divisional and Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Marketing teams.

Become a central point of administration for CMS web pages with responsibilities for :

Web page content creation

Uploading of documentation
Translation process

Reporting and follow-up of faults and bugs

Provide creative ideas & collaborate with designers and project managers to improve user experience

Administration, definition and reporting of digital tracking codes

Assist in performance measurement of digital marketing efforts using Site Catalyst and other tools

Prepare online content including organization and coordination of all relevant stakeholders

Be the main point of contact for the technical creation and successful execution of the divisional email marketing program.

Assist in the formulation of digital communication strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

Manage the execution of paid social media campaigns, including coordination of content with key stakeholders, scheduling and reporting

Support the optimization of video hosting platforms, including but not limited to YouTube

Perform any other duties which may reasonably be expected of the postholder

To ensure that he / she carries out his / her duties in accordance with all Company policies, procedures and processes, including, but not limited to, the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974)

What You Need to Succeed

Good English language and copywriting skills are essential

Experienced in Marketing Communications with a focus on website management and e-Mail Marketing would be advantageous

Knowledge of B2B digital marketing processes and experience of content management systems is highly desirable

Strong networking, project management and communications are skills required
