Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the after-sales service department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to customers.
• Develop, implement, and monitor after-sales service systems, workflows, and operational standards.
• Address customer inquiries and issues related to large-scale equipment efficiently and professionally.
• Manage a team of service professionals, ensuring effective performance, motivation, and adherence to company standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to maintain technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Technical Expertise :

Ensure all after-sales processes align with Malaysia power distribution system standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Work closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
