The Role

Plexus is seeking a talented and driven Senior Functional Test Design Engineer , to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and commercialization of our innovative products, from concept to launch.

As a Senior Functional Test Design E ngineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and verification of test solutions for our products. You will utilize your engineering expertise and creativity to create robust and efficient test systems, ensuring the highest quality and reliability of our products.

Key Job Accountabilities :

• Developing innovative test concepts and designs using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Performing design creation, analysis, and verification.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product life cycle, from conceptualization to sustaining engineering.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation in accordance with quality and change management procedures.
• Actively contributing to a Lean culture by applying Lean Sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste, and improve processes.
