We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Customer Service that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
What does an Inside Sales Customer Service do?
An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Job Responsibilities :
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Follow up on leads and drive the sales process to close deals
- Track sales performance and manage quotations using CRM systems
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Work with pre sales teams to build pipeline and close deals
- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecast invoice and purchase order report
- Prepare weekly forecast purchase order report to team
- Prepare quotation and follow up status of quotation.

Track record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with Salesforce.com or any other Customer Relationship management (CRM) online systemExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in any field.Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishExperience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to applyBe careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
