We’re looking for a KOL & Influencer Marketing Manager based in Malaysia to lead and manage global KOL and influencer marketing campaigns, not limited to the local market. This role is perfect for someone with hands‑on experience managing campaigns across multiple regions (Europe, US, UK, Latin America, SEA) and who can work strategically with creators, influencers and talent agencies.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead KOL and influencer marketing campaigns across multiple regions, managing strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage KOL and influencer partnerships, contracts, and deliverables globally.
  • Build strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and stakeholders in different markets.
  • Track and analyze KOL and influencer campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on creative direction, reporting, and campaign strategy.

    This is a fully remote position based in Malaysia.

    Requirements

  • 3+ years in KOL management & Influencer marketing.
  • Proven experience managing KOL and influencer campaigns across multiple international markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of KOL and influencer marketing trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Fluent in English.
