LNT Express is a logistics company incorporated in Malaysia P / ) that also provides human resources services for client businesses in the logistics industry. We are now looking for talented and dynamic individuals to join our team, apply now!

We are hiring an experienced HRBP to support internal HR processes and workforce management for our client businesses in Malaysia.

Job Description :

  • Build alignment with line managers to ensure HR best practices are implemented, in full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct on-site visits to strengthen relationships with front-line teams, assess the working environment, and identify potential labor-related risks.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to line managers on all HR-related matters.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date HR database, generate timely HR reports, and present findings and recommendations to the management team.
  • Manage HR documentation in accordance with company processes and policies.
  • Stay informed on emerging HR trends and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Working days and hours : Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job Requirements :

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in general HR; experience as an HRBP will have added advantage.
  • Work experience in Logistics or transportation industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay . Proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory due to communication with Chinese stakeholders.
  • Possesses own transportation. Able and willing to travel to other states when required.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure.
