Job Description

The successful candidate will support the Operations team in various commercial activities, including :

  • Managing all aspects of the commercial process for selected projects, from initial contact to sales closure.
  • Entering orders once the engineering team provides the material list.
  • Recording and monitoring sales in line with company processes.
  • Ensuring prompt delivery of products and documenting transactions in Discos system.
  • Billing invoices according to contracts.
  • Addressing client queries related to delivery, returns, and invoicing.
  • Preparing project margin calculations using Dokacalc or Excel.
  • Storing all contract documents properly in the S-drive.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to implement project CCM.
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain or Quantity Surveying.
  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial / invoicing roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident, results-driven, and hands-on attitude.
  • Experience working in an MNC environment with external stakeholders.
  • Resilient, meticulous, analytical, and motivated.
  • Strong command of English; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Available to start within 1 month or sooner.
