Job description
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Relevant working experience is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a strong team player.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Provide support to the department in day-to-day operations and administrative procedures.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Prepare and update all related reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, maintenance, and office-related services.
Willing to travel outstation as and when required.
Willing to take up new tasks and challenges as assigned.
