Are you ready to lead and grow with us? We’re looking for an Outlet Supervisor to manage daily store operations and help our beauty stores succeed. If you enjoy working with people, driving sales, and leading teams, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do :

Manage daily store operations including sales, staff, and making sure customers are happy
Lead Retail Team to hit Store Sales Targets & KPIs
Recruit, train, and coach Beauty Consultants
Engage with customers and provide personalized beauty advice and product recommendations
Introduce and promote a wide range of beauty products
Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
Maintain a clean, inviting and well-stocked store environment
Assist in visual merchandising to create a delightful in-store experience
Manage store inventory to keep stock levels right and avoid shortages

What We’re Looking For :

2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in beauty industry

Good at analyzing data, paying attention to details, and understanding business needs

Organized, confident, and driven to meet goals in a busy environment

Strong communication and people skills

Able to earn trust and respect from your team and partners
