QC Executive / Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products, and recording results.
• Assist superiors in supervising daily inspection activities for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting / returning nonconforming materials.
• Approve in-process production by verifying specifications, conducting tests, and communicating adjustments to production supervisors.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
• Return products for rework when necessary and complete documentation to confirm rework.
• Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
• Ensure measurement equipment operates properly by following instructions and requesting repairs when needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Coach and mentor junior employees, fostering leadership and professional growth.
• Continuously update job knowledge through training, technical publications, seminars, and industry resources.
• Contribute to organizational goals by completing related tasks as required.
• Support company certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, actively improving processes in these areas.
• Maintain good housekeeping (5S) and promote effective teamwork.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with the company’s Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
