The HR Analyst - German Speaker will be responsible for supporting HR processes and provide assistance to German-speaking employees and stakeholders. This role involves ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining accurate employee information, and supporting compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Description

  • Support day‑to‑day HR activities and processes.
  • Assist with employee inquiries and provide guidance in German and English.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of employee data and documentation.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and general administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

Profile

  • Language : Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience : Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
