Facility Head, Hygiene (Grik, Perak) at UEM Edgenta Berhad

Responsibilities include leading and managing the operation of Cleansing, Healthcare Waste Management, Linen & Laundry and Sustainable Program (3R) services, ensuring delivery per Concession Agreement, Project Operation Guideline (POG), Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP) and Company SOP. Drive continuous improvement through LEAN, technology and innovation to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness. Manage all services to comply with Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) practices and procedures and meet related Acts and Regulations and company targets. Ensure ISO, OHSAS, MSQH Accreditation and other requirements set by MoH and authorised bodies are maintained. Plan and manage cost management initiatives including the Approved Annual Operating Budget, Capital Expenditure, Variation Orders and LEAN cost savings to achieve financial targets. Evaluate vendor performance (manpower supply, cleansing services, consumables, hazardous waste disposal, linen processing, linen mending) to ensure services are delivered effectively and in compliance with contracts or purchase orders. Ensure staff competency and qualifications meet agreed standards to sustain service delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and analyse reports from Information Systems (ASIS, E-Clips, eSWIS) for service delivery improvement. Establish and maintain good relationships with External Stakeholders (Ministry of Health, Legal Authorities, Public, Vendors) and Internal Stakeholders (Management and Employees) to sustain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Participate in Customer Quality Improvement Programs such as MSQH accreditation and EKSA to support customer targets in quality and performance.

• Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma
• Specialised in : Housekeeping / Cleansing Services / Waste Management or relevant field
• Total work experience : 4 to 6 years or total relevant experience 4 to 6 years in Hygiene and Sanitising
• Competency in Schedule Waste Management (CePSWAM)
