Identify failed elements through a hands‑on analysis
Analyze failure reports and determine the root cause of the issue
Provide feedback with sustainable solutions for corrective actions if necessary
Work with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to assess and resolve issues
Manage and report data related to failure incidents, track trends, and make data‑driven decisions
Have a strong understanding of assembly prints and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Exceptional technical analysis skills
Be familiar with assessing failure rates and times to gauge severity of issues and predict potential future failures
Operate under pressure, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner to prevent delays in production or delivery
Be familiar with IPC 7711 / 7721 – knowledge of standards and practices related to electronics rework and repair, both theoretically and practically, critical in troubleshooting and corrective actions
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s in engineering (Computer / Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent.
Candidate with electronic functional testing background in EMS PCB industry is highly preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the EMS PCB industry or equivalent technical knowledge / experience in electronics circuit.
Experienced in providing technical support in terms of diagnostic, debugging and troubleshooting on electronic PCBA.
Strong initiative, self‑motivated, and committed to continuous learning.
