We currently have a vacancy based in Kuala Lumpur at our stunning facilities in Bangsar South and Mid Valley for a Customer Service Associate (with a social media flair). Requirements

• Previous experience in sales and / or customer service
• A competency with all major social media platforms
• Excellent face to face and phone communication skills with customers
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, clients and agents
• A fluency in English, both verbal and written
