We are looking for a dedicated Salesperson to manage and grow both new and existing customer accounts. The right candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer the right ICT solution and system integration services. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and helping the company grow its sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and grow existing direct accounts as well as to prospect, qualify, grow new accounts to promote the Company's full range of technology solutions.
  • Negotiates and prepares contracts, quotations, tender and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with principals, partners, suppliers in the sales activities related to the IT products and services of the Company.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintains strong customer relationships.
  • Involved in preparing professional proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long term customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support consistent revenue growth.
  • Clearly communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal resources, e.g. Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations when necessary.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Diploma or higher in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles.
  • Good knowledge of the ICT industry, sales processes, and solution-based selling.
  • Additional certifications or training in sales, account management, or customer relationship management is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Result-oriented with strong task and time management skills.
  • A team player, highly motivated and committed with string interpersonal.
  • Ability to travel to meet clients as needed.
