We are looking for a Business Administrator with strong analytical and organizational skills to support our sales and operations teams. The role requires a high level of independence in handling trading items, RFQs, client updates, and reporting. A key requirement is the ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as it will be the main tool for data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
This position offers a salary range of RM2,000 – RM3,000 depending on experience and skillset.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Inventory Tracking, packing and shipment of items via FEDEX / DHL etc.
- Track logistic trading items and maintain up-to-date records
- Provide timely updates to both the sales team and clients independently.
- Use Excel formulas (e.g., SUM) to reconcile and report inventory status.
RFQ Preparation & Costing & Reporting
Prepare and summarize daily RFQs in structured Excel formats for distribution to the sales team.Having experience in excel to use formula do costing.Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of RFQ data before submission.Build and update dashboards in Excel for tracking key metrics (sales performance, quotation turnaround time, client engagement).Suggest and implement improvements in reporting and visualization.Quotation Management
Prepare client quotations in Excel using standardized templates.Ensure pricing, discounts, and terms are calculated accurately using formulas (e.g., cost markup, tax calculations).Marketing & Exhibition Support
Assist with preparation and planning of marketing activities and exhibitions.Use Excel to track budgets, vendor lists, and deliverables for events.Qualifications
Education : Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field.Excel Skills (Mandatory) :Able to demonstrate use of formulas (SUM).Proficiency with Pivot Tables, Charts, and Data Validation for reporting and dashboards.Ability to create and maintain structured templates for quotations, tracking sheets, and dashboards.Comfortable with basic automation (shortcuts, conditional formatting, data cleaning).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.Ability to work independently and proactively update stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
