Your Contribution

Implement prescribed sourcing strategies regarding prices and contract negotiations.
Ensure that purchasing targets / KPIs set and agreed with your supervisor are met.
Continuously analyze and develop sourcing markets and internal client demands for assigned material groups / material clusters.
Support strategic purchasers with knowledge and information related to regional market conditions and new developments.
Ensure punctual and accurate processing of contracts and orders according to SCHOTT purchasing guidelines, including order post-processing and master data management; review prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions; maintain supplier-related agreements in accessible databases.

Your Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in Purchasing or Supply Chain.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Knowledge of purchasing processes, tools, and systems (e.g., SAP, SPO, e-Commerce).

Understanding of internal customer needs (technical and commercial).

Knowledge of local supply markets (technical and commercial).

Familiarity with Payment Terms, Incoterms, Sourcing, Negotiation, Contacting, Ordering Management, and Supplier Management.

Skills in Project Management, Communication, Analytical thinking, and Change Promotion.
