Overview

Join to apply for the Legal Manager role at Randstad Malaysia .

This role involves drafting and reviewing key legal documents and providing strategic legal support across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review commercial, corporate, and banking agreements (including SPA and JV).
  • Handle corporate exercises, financing (including sukuk), asset disposals, and acquisitions.
  • Manage conveyancing and property transactions involving land and assets.
  • Provide strategic legal support and ensure compliance across business operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
  • Called to the Malaysian Bar with at least 4 PQE in corporate, banking, and / or conveyancing practice.
