We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to lead and manage overall operations in our manufacturing plant. The role will be responsible for overseeing production activities, safety compliance, and QA / QC functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage day-to-day production operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee QA / QC processes to maintain high-quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
