Responsible for visiting Guardian, Watsons, and other chain stores to ensure display, stock, and promotion follow brand guidelines.

Manage and train Beauty Advisors (BAs) to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Monitor store sales performance and plan actions to achieve sales targets.

Ensure smooth execution of all promotional activities, sampling, and gift programs.

Gather market and competitor information and provide timely feedback to HQ.

Assist in event setup, display adjustments, and shelf maintenance.
