Japan and marketing company for DAIKIN air conditioner (unitary products) and DEWPOINT products in Malaysia. Since its establishment in 1975, the company has been experienced unparalleled growth and development through its efforts in bringing cool comfort to millions of Malaysian.

In 1991, DMSS continued to reach greater heights by becoming one of the subsidiaries of Daikin Malaysia Sdn Bhd, one of the leading manufacturer of HVAC products (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) and also a member of the DAIKIN group Japan.

Key Roles :

  • Proactively identify more potential customers and develop more business opportunities through quality and professional sales processes with objective to meet sales targets
  • Closely follow up to maintain good relationship with existing customers and ensure co-operation to achieve maximum customers' satisfaction
  • To attend retail sales enquiries and site appointments to understand customers' requirements and provide solution to meet customers' need
  • Prepare quotation for customers
  • Check on stock and follow up on daily delivery
  • Meeting customer for market feedback and project quotation follow up

Job Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma & above.
  • Preferably with min. 1 year of working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training are provided..
  • Proven experience in promotional activities, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software / tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
