Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Assist in cash flow management and monitor stock balance records.
• Conduct revenue and expenditure variance analysis.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely closure of accounts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Provide support in coordinating external audits and resolving any audit findings.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial insights and assist with ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial requirements for projects.
