Penerangan pekerjaan

Pre-plan the sorters / drivers shift arrangement and duty rosters to achieve high efficiencies of the hub

Delegate tasks for sorters / drivers based on the operation requirements to ensure timely deliveries

Manage inventory and receive inbound parcels from the linehaul team (maintain high level of 5S - Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

Prepare and perform internal reporting and data analysis to support management's decision making

Monitor sorters / driver's performance to achieve targeted KPI with high level of customer service provided to the customers

Ensure the high compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements :

Candidates currently based at Gemas, Negeri Sembilan are encouraged to apply
Experience in logistics operations would be advantageous
Familiarity of basic Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to deal with complicated situations and able to commit to tight deadlines
Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
Ability to commit to shift work on a rotational basis
