Penerangan pekerjaan
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  • Assist in mailing
  • Assist on delivery document (Delivery Order, Invoice, Customs Form)
  • Booking courier service or transporter for pick-up (document, parcel, packages etc.)
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain computer and manual filling systems
  • Assist in DOE report.
  • Requirements :

    • SPM with one year experience in clerical jobs
    • Good in Microsoft Office
    • Can communicate well and write in Malay & English
    • Working schedule - Monday to Saturday
    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

      Pay : RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
