  • Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux / Unix environment.
  • Strong proficiency of SQL (Oracle-oriented)
  • Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of Citrix is a plus.
  • Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z / OS), is a plus
  • Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework or similar service management best practices

    • Requirements

    • Run activity : handle and manage system alerts until resolution and process user 's requests (analyze and debug)
    • Participate to projects and develop, maintain, and optimize scripts and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity of reconciliation applications.
    • Troubleshoot infrastructure middleware components such as FTP servers and MQ messaging services and correspond with the infrastructure providers for fixes or incidents.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in finance and technology
