Responsibilities :

To handle daily accounting tasks (invoicing reports), assisting with accounts receivable & payable record.
To review and verify invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approval before processing.
To coordinate with the procurement and finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment holds and vendor disputes.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent

Proficient in accounting software and MS Office

Able to work independently and meet deadlines
