Quality Assurance Engineer (QA)

Overview

Prime responsibility is to perform job that been assigned, without compromising the high standards of Quality Check procedures. To work collaboratively with other processes mainly the production to ensure quality of the part or functionality of unit machine is achieve.

Responsibilities

• Execute Quality Management procedures, system and standard process to smoothen QA process that is optimized for scope & improve quality
• Execute these mechanism without compromising quality to meet project ON-TIME Delivery request and effective resource Management
• Pro-active approach and identify potential problem and perform preventive action
• Perform audit production processes to ensure compliance with product specifications and update those record of audit, test results for future reference
• Consistent in compliance of Quality STANDARDS (MQ,CH STD, CUSTOMER STD & ISO-QC Procedures)
• Responsible to attend for Customer COMPLAINTS (QA issue) with QUICK-response
• Collaborate with production process to ensure the checking and measuring tools are calibrated periodically
• Test current fabricated parts or products and identifying deficiencies
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
• Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
• Oversee continuous improvement projects
• Collect quality data
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
