Key Requirements :

3–5 years

in

BPO / IT QA managerial roles

Fluent in Mandarin

(mandatory) &

English B1+

Strong knowledge of

QA methodologies & tools

KYC experience

preferred

Excellent

leadership, analytical & stakeholder management

Willing to work in

rotational shifts
