SUPERVISION AND ANIMATION — Programation, set up and animation of nature activities and sustainability topics, according to the nature activities definied for the Resort.
Suggestion and potential developpement of new nature activities (punctual event or recurrent) or adaptation of existing activities. (to raise GM awareness on environement, local cultural strengths of the Resort, …)
If service providers are contracted to offer nature activities in the Resort : work closely with the providers according to needs.
Relations follow-up with local environmental associations (on-site project follow-up, discussion exchanges, invitation to the resort when relevant…)
Regular monitoring on local sustainability topics for up-dates to be sent to BU CSR Coordinator
Support to the Resort Foundation GO for solidarity actions when relevant
Active participation to create marketing content on Resort’s sustainability and nature with the Content and Community Coordinator (E-GO)
Writing and updating SOPs specific to the Resort’s nature activities
Participation in promoting local sales
Promotion of nature activities throughout the Resort client’s path
o Ensure an active and visible promotion of nature activities to clients through the Resort communication tools available and in respect to the defined communication plan.
o Be an ambassador of nature activities and sustainability topics, onboard the Resort’s G.Os and G.Es in order to relay the information to the clients.
HYGIENE AND SAFETY
Be responsible for security during nature activities
Maintenance of the nature activities (materials, equipments, facilities, …) to ensure security and quality.
Respect the village\'s equipment and heritage
Respect the resort’s waste management rules (sorting, collection…)
Limit electricity and water consumption
