They offer a full suite of services including supply, fabrication, installation, and project management of high-performance surfaces like engineered quartz, acrylic solid surfaces, sintered stone, and marble / tiles.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production schedules and output targets.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machinery performance and workflow.
• Ensure product quality meets internal and external standards.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage technical resources.
• Train and supervise production staff and technicians.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements :

Salary Range : RM6k - RM8k
