Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

Overview

As a Production Supervisor at EverLantern Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production processes, while also leading and motivating a dedicated team of production workers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
• Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to production team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to optimise the production process
• Analyse production data and provide reports to management on key performance indicators
• Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication
