Human Resources (HR) Executive
We are looking for an experienced and committed HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions in our company. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, have a strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, and be passionate about building a positive workplace culture.
( Male candidates are preferred for this role. )
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll & employee engagement.
- Prepare, review, and ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian labor laws.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process – from job ads, shortlisting, interviewing, to issuing offer letters.
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Handle payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRIS system.
- Act as the point of contact for HR issues, conflict resolution, and employee welfare.
- Support management in HR planning, performance review & succession planning.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent.At least 2 years of experience in HR (more is an advantage).Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws & statutory contributions.Good communication & interpersonal skills.Proactive, disciplined & able to work with minimal supervision.Experience using HRIS systems is an added advantage.Benefits :
