Generate, engage and convert available sales leads. Responsible for achieving sales targets on a month to month basis. Maintain high retention rate of sellers on SPX, crafting appropriate strategies & escalation channels to ensure continued growth. Provide periodic suggestions to supporting functions on areas of improvement, and be the main bridge between sellers and SPX for all feedback. Closely work with local and regional stakeholders on growth initiatives. Address daily ad-hoc issues faced from all stakeholders. Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field, coupled with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Experience acquiring brands / sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus. Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is a must, able to understand seller processes. Strong communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal (fluency in Mandarin is good to have). Willingness to travel is a must. Seniority level
