Nityo Infotech is hiring a Senior / Technical Support Officer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Job Overview

Assist in technical operations, maintenance, and repair of air traffic control (ATC), airport-related systems, or electronic / communication / IT equipment and support facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in technical operations, maintenance, and repair of air traffic control (ATC), airport-related systems, or electronic / communication / IT equipment and support facilities.
  • Help plan, organize, supervise, and / or carry out maintenance and repair work, and conduct system reviews to ensure reliability and availability.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, on-site installation, testing, commissioning, fault diagnosis, and repair based on rectification plans.
  • Assist in preparing fault investigation reports and procurement plans for spare parts or maintenance services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties, including government departments, airport authorities, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs (ECO) outside office hours to resolve faults reported by the control center.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate holder in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Aviation Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related disciplines
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT operations or maintenance work is preferred
  • More experience can be considered as Senior Technical Officer.
  • Basic Electronic works knowledge & skill is preferred
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently under pressure with strong desire and commitment to deliver high quality of works in a tight timeline
  • Possessing driving license is an advantage
