Responsibilities
- To prepare & process full cycle of monthly payroll, statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and etc
- To handle Group Hospitalize & Surgical insurance and Personal Accident insurance; insurance claims.
- To maintain proper records, both in the system as well as hard copies, of all employees.
- To prepare all HR related letters to employees, including offer letter, movement letters and disciplinary letters.
- To liaise with Business Unit on employee's disciplinary issues.
- To verify and process for all employee’s leave records, timesheet, OT claims, and staff claims.
- To represent when necessary in all negotiations with the labour office, industrial relations department and other related bodies and maintaining interests in new ideas of human resource management.
- To handle foreign worker’s permit renewal, liaise with workers agent on movement when necessary.
- To arrange staff training based on food handling certificates when needed.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Psychology or equivalent.Required skill(s) : HR2000, MS Office.Meticulous, good communication skill and team player.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field, candidate with experience in F&B or Hospitality industry will be added advantage.Good communication skill in both written and verbal.Seniority level
