Overview

KV(Klang Valley) Network Operations Associate (Contract) – Maxis, Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all Field Operations & Maintenance issues related to network elements, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met; including issues related to elements and facilities (landlord complaints, customer complaints, preventive maintenance and ad-hoc support for planned events) managed by respective site owners.
  • First Level Support & Fault restoration for Mobile, Transmission & Fixed Network including facilities (M&E); 24x7 standby / shift as per duty roster.
  • Ensure Preventive Maintenance scheduling and adherence on network elements; follow-up with Corrective Maintenance adhering to ISO 9001 : 2015 compliance.
  • Support sites rollout projects to grow network footprint and technology development for coverage and dominance.
  • Collaborate with regional Business Units to ensure network readiness in line with Sales Activities.
  • Respond promptly to Authority & Governing Bodies (eg Police, Local Council, SKMM, ST, SBC, etc.) on O&M related issues.
  • Maintain full compliance to Inventory and Service Delivery (by vendor).

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelors Degree; specialized in Electronics / IT / Telecommunications.
  • Total Work Experience : 1 to 3 years; Total Relevant Experience : 1 to 3 years.
  • Information Technology skills; Electrical / Electronic skills; Strong communication skills.
