About the Role
This position reports to : Head of Base Management
We’re hiring a Base Management Specialist to take customer retention and engagement to the next level. In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategies that strengthen loyalty, reduce churn, and grow customer lifetime value. You’ll be at the center of designing upsell campaigns, preventing downgrades, and ensuring our customers stay delighted.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Engagement & Retention – Build programs that increase loyalty and lifetime value, delivering offers and experiences that matter
- Upsell, Downgrade & Churn Prevention – Design, launch, and optimise campaigns to drive upsell revenue and reduce attrition
- CRM Ownership – Use CRM tools to track customer journeys, segment audiences, and personalise campaigns
- Data & Insights – Build models or work with analytics teams to generate financial / analytical insights, with regular reporting and optimisation
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and the wider base management team to align campaigns with business objectives
- Gather and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and policies
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years’ experience in a consumer-facing companyProven track record in base management, retention, or churn reductionProficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and campaign management platformsStrong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skillsAnalytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-makingOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.#J-18808-Ljbffr
