This is a WFH Opportunity (Required to only attend 10 days training at Taman Tun Dr Ismail) - 24 / 7 rotational shifts
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to aid
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Requirements
Min 1 year experience as a Customer Support or similar CS role (Live Chat)Familiarity with Cryptocurrency industry is a plusExperience using help desk software and remote support toolsUnderstanding of how CRM systems workExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMulti-tasking abilitiesPatience when handling tough casesSPM and aboveMandarin proficiency is an added advantageReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at VDart Malaysia by 2x
