Responsibilities
- Verifying incoming documents from customers and Schenker internal department’s customer service before printing and handover to Senior Officer, Customs Declaration.
- Responsible for monitoring and acknowledging mail requests from customers and Schenker internal department’s customer service within the timeline.
- Following up on shipment status with field operations and updating the requestor if any discrepancies arise.
- Accepting any other job responsibilities assigned by the Superior / Assistant Manager.
- Job responsibilities are subject to revision.
Qualifications
Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.Alternatively, SPM with a minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in the logistics industry.Knowledge of the Customs Management System would be an advantage.Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.To be considered for this position you must have valid rights to work and live in Malaysia
