Technology Consulting - SAP CX Consultant, Senior Associate

The opportunity

You will be working on projects that are cross borders and sectors with a high performing team, by either supporting or implementing SAP solutions for our clients. You will also be provided with extensive learning opportunities through our leading-edge global SAP learning academy, Bootcamps, EY Badges and SAP certifications.

Responsibilities

Your primary role will be to lead / participate in requirements gathering workshops, recommend viable solutions that will allow our clients realize the full potential of their investment in SAP CX technology. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, committed to delivering client outcomes in the CX space and to create long-term value for our clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end implementation experience in SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Service Cloud with S / 4HANA integration.
• Hands on experience in configuration and the ability to relate business requirements for front office transformation to technical requirements is key.
• Strong understanding of activities required for each implementation cycle.
• Good appreciation of industry practices, business processes in multiple industries.
• A good understanding of the overall capabilities of the SAP CX suite and how each component complements each other is required.
• Knowledge in any of the following is a plus : Qualtrics (EX or CX), Emarsys, Customer Data Cloud.
