Overview
The Shop & Store Assistant will be responsible to assist the retail store manager with working the floor, managing inventory, receiving and providing customer service. The position requires physical fitness and excellent stamina, good interpersonal and strong team spirit.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, unpacking and arranging new stocks delivered
- Labelling and arranging goods on the display shelves
- Assisting customers in finding the products they're looking for
- Addressing customer complaints or inquiries
- Sharp, precise and very careful in handling the job
- Organizing stock on shelves and in the store
- Hardworking and positive in all instruction given
- Responsible to retail selling
