Public Relations Executive(Qualification Management)
Follow up on qualification / license applications and approvals; coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timelines.
Liaise with third-party agencies (e.g., Deloitte, government authorities, company secretaries) for consultation and document submission.
Manage payment process for consulting services, ensuring compliance with finance policies and timely execution.
Handle borrowing, return, and record-keeping of key company documents to ensure security and traceability.
Archive and maintain qualification, license, and compliance records in both digital and physical formats.
Support general corporate administrative tasks including meeting arrangements, internal coordination, and ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements :
University degree or above, finance, event management and other majors are preferred, experience in multi-language environment is preferred.
One year or more related work experience, public relations or social media, event planning and other related experience is preferred.
Strong communication, expression, coordination skills, analytical and investigative skills and business negotiation skills, and high EQ.
Understand and comply with Malaisia laws and regulations and industry norms to ensure that investment activities are in line with regulatory requirements.
Familiar with business etiquette and workplace socialization, with excellent quality and confidentiality awareness.
