To communicate with parents / visitors effectively and profesionally to understand their needs.

To greet parents / children / visitors at all times.

To handle the child with care and to understand their needs.

To be a role model for the teachers in terms of attendance, punctuality, attitude / responsibility towards work, management , parents and children.

To get necessary preparation before conducting lesson.

To conduct lesson according to lesson plan and syllabus.

To mark the workbook correctly.

To take part in planning of school events.

To take care of the child's cleanliness (to wipe away the mucus)

To ensure the child's safety at all times.

To update the principal from time to time about the child's progress,(those who are slow in learning)To complete tasks given on time.

To monitor and ensure smooth flow of operating system and feedback to the principal.

To assist the superior in monitoring standards of the school in terms of health,safety, cleanliness, image of school and etc.

To participate in all meetings , professional training and other trainings.

To update weekly video or photo to parents.
