Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse operators by providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive working environment.
Oversee inbound, inventory, and outbound operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth execution across all warehouse processes.
Coordinate and prioritize daily work activities, including order picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
Communicate effectively with transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Resolve any shipment issues promptly and efficiently in collaboration with transport partners.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a warehouse team leader role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.

Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification, is an advantage.

Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) to ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
