Providing Pre-Sales (technical / functional) support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
Develop and deliver high quality standard presentations and demonstrations.
Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product direction and overall companyâs Network / Security solutions.
Design, validate, and present Network / Security solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.
Respond prospective clients and clients to technical questions about the product or related infrastructure.
Proactively engages in the sales cycle through answering RFIâs, RFPs and RFQs
Deploy and conduct product demonstrations, POCs to suspects and prospective customers, both standard and tailored.
Maintain technical competence by keeping abreast of new products enhancements, product best practices and procedures.
Able to talk with different audiences, appropriately adjust technical content to meet different audience knowledge and interest and can juggle meetings with multiple audiencelevels.
Promote the solution, create, and deliver initial high level technical presentations to our customers at all levels within their organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelorâs degree level in IT or Engineering, or a related field.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Pre-Sales is a MUST.
System infra background is an advantage.
Strong knowledge in Network and Routing protocol.
Strong knowledge in Security solution (NGFW, DDOS, Cloud Security, WAF) or equivalent.
Good understanding of hardware and Microsoft / UNIX / LINUX / VMware virtual machines are a plus.
