About the role

Klinik Utama Nilai' is seeking a full-time Resident Doctor to join our dedicated team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a Resident Doctor, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive primary healthcare services to our diverse patient population.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough examinations, assessments, and diagnoses of patients presenting with a range of medical conditions
Developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans, including prescribing medication and ordering diagnostic tests
Providing ongoing medical care and monitoring patients' progress
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulations
Participating in continuing medical education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest medical practices
Promoting health and wellbeing through patient education and preventive care initiatives

What we're looking for

A medical degree and valid practising certificate or license

At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a primary care or hospital setting

Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of medical conditions

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and the healthcare team

A patient-centric approach and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
