Job Description

  • Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar and SEA region.
  • Expand and strengthen the customer base by actively hunting for new accounts across target industries.
  • Further develop and maximize sales potential from existing customers through strong account management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and partners.
  • Create market awareness and promote product ranges through marketing activities, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and execute successful new product launches in target markets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Formulate pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and on-time delivery.
  • Provide after-sales support and technical service to strengthen long-term customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with customers to identify opportunities to improve their product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Spray PVDF business and other coil product lines.
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver sustainable business growth in the assigned regions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote and adhere to company Environmental Health & Safety policies, and take responsibility for maintaining safe working practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably within the coatings, paint, or coil industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully developing new markets and managing regional accounts.
  • Additional Information

  • Strong sales hunter mindset with proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Capable of working independently under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities in competitive markets.
  • Proficient in IT systems and software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Myanmar.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is a must (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers and partners.
