HR Executive | Talent Acquisition & Recruitment | Connecting the right people to the right roles with purpose and precision.

  • Reporting directly to the Sales & Logistics Manager
  • Responsible for all Aluminum foil customers based in : Worldwide
  • Attending to all customer enquiries and liaising with all customers for placement of new orders
  • Requesting new material codes in Microsoft AX
  • Organizing Design Review(DR) meeting for new customers and / or new product specs
  • Loading orders into Microsoft AX
  • Updating LME info to customers and delivery notifications to customers
  • Vessel booking for deliveries and follow up deliveries with customer
  • Updating customers order status and follow up on overdue payments
  • Resolving customers’ needs and / or requests
  • Visiting customers and able to travel outstation or overseas.
  • Handling customer complaints etc and follow up
  • Co-ordinate with transport Company for Truck or Container booking
  • Co-ordinate with Planning Dept. for complete customer orders.
  • Review shipment dates as contained in sales orders.
  • Checking ready materials against customers’ orders & generate warehouse report.
  • Arrange return of goods / packaging (re-importation)
  • Request vessel booking to shipping agent, Issue Packing list to Warehouse, Issue Invoice, Shipping Instruction, Insurance Cert & Generate Mill Cert.
  • Review / checking / issue shipping documents (BL, L / C, CO, K2, K1)

Requirements :

  • Candidate must be possessing at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years and above of working experience in a similar or the related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft AX System, Microsoft Office or related software.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English & Malay language, written & spoken.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
