About the role

Join the dynamic team at Seni Bahagia Sdn Bhd as a Junior Construction Site Supervisor based in the vibrant location of Batu Ferringhi, Penang. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in its construction and development operations.

Job Scope :

Assist in supervising daily site operations
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
Ensure safety compliance and site cleanliness
Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager
Prepare basic reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with procedures and company policies
Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by the management
Working hours will be from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm , Saturday from 9.00am to 1.00pm

What we're looking for

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of site experience are encouraged to apply

Basic knowledge of construction methods, site safety, and project coordination

Familiarity with site documentation and progress reporting

Ability to read construction drawings and plans

Willing to work on-site and monitor daily activities

Responsible, proactive, a team player and handle multiple tasks

Ability in using Microsoft Office applications

Good attention to detail, responsibility and willingness to learn
